We are now open Thursday-Sunday (9am-1 pm; Sunday 9am-noon) for the Summer Season!

A brief note about some price changes:

Beginning in June, some of our breads, pastries, and baked goods will see modest price increases.eFrom the beginning, our goal has been to make the kind of bread and pastry that we would want to eat ourselves. Over the past year, however, the cost of many of these ingredients as well as other expenses involved in running a small artisanal bakery has continued to rise- substantially for some ingredients like almond flour, chocolate, and nuts.

While we’ve worked hard to absorb as much of these increases as we can, these price adjustments will help us continue operating at the standard we hold ourselves to and to continue to support our dedicated skilled bakers.

We appreciate your understanding. Your continued support allows us to keep doing what we love: making the best bread and pastry for you!

THURSDAY MENU

Breads: Liberty Sourdough

Harvest Loaf- mixed with brown rice, rolled oats, cornmeal, wheat bran, buttermilk and honey, this is a hearty loaf bread with flavor and nice chewy crumb that makes terrific sandwiches and amazing morning toast. Very family friendly.

Pastries: Swedish cinnamon buns; Plain croissant; pain au chocolat

Scone: Blueberry Cornmeal, Cranberry Orange

Cookie: Chocolate Chip Oat

Overnight Oats (gluten-free contains oats, oat milk, chia seeds, blueberries. topped slivered almonds)

House-made Granola-Strawberry Almond; sourdough croutons

FRIDAY June 5th
