Some Notes:

  1. June 4th the bakery will extend its open days to Thursday for the Summer season!

  2. Pre-orders for breads will continue thru June (maybe rest of Summer). Bread pre-orders are recommended for those planning to arrive at the bakery after 10am. The baking team is scaling up bread numbers for these very busy Summer months to assure there’s plenty available bread during the 1st busy hour of opening (and beyond). If you pre-order bread and arrive early before 10 am, you MUST stand in line regardless of whether you plan to or not buy pastries/coffee. This is necessary to allow our service of the line run smoothly and as efficiently as possible.

Breads: Liberty Sourdough- the bakery’s standard for sourdough

Seeded 5 Grain sourdough- seeds and whole grains bring flavor, texture, and energy to this satisfying sourdough.

Sourdough Foccacia: rosemary & sea salt or roasted tomato and fresh oregano

‍ ‍Brioche Nanterre Loaf: buttery and lite- perfect for a BLT, toast, or french toast.

Pastry: Earl Grey Morning Buns

2x baked Almond Croissant

Fresh Strawberry & Pastry Cream Danish

Pain aux Raisins- vanilla infused-raisins and fresh pastry cream rolled into our buttery croissant dough

Breads: Country Sourdough

Spelt & Oats Loaf- an ancient grain, spelt is a very nutritious and lite whole grain packed with flavor.

Olive Fougasse- a Southern France bread specialty brought to our Cape Cod customers. Made with assorted Greek olives and herbs de Provence.

Brioche Nanterre Loaf: buttery and lite- perfect for a BLT, toast, or french toast.

Overnight Oats (gluten-free contains oats, oat milk, chia seeds, blueberries. topped slivered almonds)

House-made Granola-Strawberry Almond; sourdough croutons; Bread Crumbs
