Brioche Nanterre Loaves: Lite and buttery pan loaves shaped in the style of the French town Nanterre. Think toast, french toast or BLT
Limited DAY OLDs: Country Sourdough; Danish Rye (Rugbrod)- wholegrain and lots of seeds.
PASTRIES
Plain Croissant
NEW: Terbirkes: Danish pastry we had during our visit to Copenhagen last Fall. Almond cream wrapped in our croissant dough and topped with lots of poppyseeds.
Orange & cream danish- fresh segments of blood and cara cara orange on top of in-house made orange-infused pastry cream
feta-dill-leek danish: Greek flavors on top of our croissant dough.
