BREAD: Country Sourdough; Spelt & Oats Loaf;
Ciabatta- lite, airy, perfect for dipping in olive oil or making a sandwich.
PASTRIES: Plain Croissant; Pain au Chocolat
2x baked almond croissant
Bresanne- a French style brioche pastry topped with crème fraîche, sprinkle of sugar, and some
chocolate chips.
Blueberries and corn flavored pastry cream danish
Summer veggie & goat cheese danish- cherry tomatoes, zucchini, crumble goat cheese top our
croissant dough.
Peach Blackberry Galettes (please 1 per customer)
Scone: Blueberry Cornmeal, Blackberry Lime, Cheddar Chive, Sweet Corn Fresno
Cookie: Sicilian Almond Cookies (gluten-free); Chocolate Chip Oat (wholegrain);
Whiskey Rye Chocolate Chunk
Plus: house-made granola, sourdough croutons, overnight oats, Greek yoghurt parfait
New: Gustare Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oils- Basil or Tuscan Herb (Perfect for bread dipping!)
